📍 Where do you ship from?

Our monster gear is crafted in various magical lands — aka fulfillment centers in the USA, Europe, and a few other sneaky spots. Your order ships from whichever is closest to you for faster delivery!

📦 How long does shipping take?

Each item is made fresh (like cookies, but with fabric). This means production can take 3–12 business days, and shipping times vary based on where in the human world you live.

You’ll get a tracking code once your item hits the road. 🛸

💥 Oops! My item arrived damaged — now what?

Oh no! That’s not how we roll. If your item arrived looking like it went through a monster battle, send us a photo and let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, promise.

🧦 Can I return my order?

We wish we could magically slurp your item back into our cave — but since all our goodies are custom-made just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless something’s wrong with the item (like it grew an extra arm without your permission).

No returns unless it’s damaged or misprinted. Choose wisely, little monster!

❓ Why didn’t I get my order yet?

First: check your tracking email (and spam folder — sometimes monsters hide there). Still no clue? Reach out and we’ll investigate like true monster detectives.

All products are made to order and shipped by Printful, with fulfillment centers around the world.
Average delivery times: 3–12 business days, depending on your location.

Returns

We wish we could magically slurp your item back into our cave, but since all our goodies are custom-made just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless it’s damaged or misprinted.

In that case, we’ll absolutely make it right. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order, including clear photos, at hello@boogabo.com.

📍 Where are the taxes hiding, little monster?

We work with international print partners who ship from various locations around the world — like the US, EU, Canada & beyond. Your order is printed close to your home planet (a.k.a. address), and taxes are applied automatically based on local rules.

Most of the time: no customs, no surprises. Just monster magic.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and a few monster-approved magic coins 🪙 (okay fine, just the regular digital wallets like Apple Pay & Google Pay). Your payment info is securely encrypted—no monster snooping allowed.

🧾 Will I be charged tax?

Taxes are calculated automatically based on where you’re shipping to. Depending on your country, local VAT, sales tax or import duties might apply. Don’t worry—we’re not secretly sneaking in extra fees (monsters may be sneaky, but we play fair).

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Boogabo monsters roam the globe. We ship worldwide from fulfilment centers in the US, EU and more, so your goodies get to you faster and with fewer customs hiccups.

🧠 Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once your order enters production, our monsters are already busy printing and packing—so changes aren’t always possible. If you catch us quickly (within a few hours), we might be able to help. Reach out right away via our contact form!
